快速昆布鰹魚高湯 / Quick Dashi Stock

你跟我一樣喜歡煮日式料理、喝味增湯、茶碗蒸、玉子燒、親子丼飯嗎?那學會道地日式高湯的作法將會是你日式料理的風味基底。昆布鰹魚高湯製作起來簡單、快速、充滿鮮味,只需要兩種材料:昆布、鰹魚片以及水,製作的時間除去浸泡昆布以外,大概只要十幾分鐘就完成了,跟西式高湯動不動燉個一兩個小時起跳,真是太有效率了!因此,日式高湯是我最常做的高湯。
